“Kate was the most wonderful facilitator. Thank you to Kate for making the last 4 weeks a joy to be part of. I really appreciated how knowledgeable Kate was in breaking down techniques and making them practical, while also being so gentle in her delivery. Her empathetic approach created a safe, encouraging space to practice, and it made me feel much more confident to step outside my comfort zone. The content was all so useful, all the techniques from breathing to moving and speaking with articulation and having a clear goal before you start communicating. The breathing exercises were great & will be something I look to incorporate into life and work moving forward. Thanks for your hard work and dedication!” (NIDA Corporate- Public Speaking Bootcamp – Participant)

INTEGRATIVE COACHING

Working with you in your personal and professional development

“Process-oriented coaching is is based on Jungian depth psychology and is a developmental approach that follows what is naturally emerging in an individual, team, or system. Instead of applying fixed solutions, the coach works with conscious and unconscious signals, underlying dynamics, and systemic influences to support meaningful transformation. It assumes the client has inherent wisdom, and the coaching focuses on unfolding that potential by attending to real-time processes, patterns, and shifts as they arise”.
